People Meet in Architec- ture: Venice 2010

People Meet in Architecture is the title of the twelfth Architecture Biennale curated by Kazuyo Sejima, with Ryue Nishizawa - her collaborator from SANAA - acting as artistic consultant. The biennale programme includes a vast array of collateral events across the city of Venice. The principal contribution of Sejima and Nishizawa by the curated exhibitions in the Arsenale and Palazzo delle Esposizioni, located in Giardini amongst the national pavilions, wich engage in the spirit of the curatorial theme. As Sejima notes in the catalogue: 'The selection criterion has identified architects, artists and engineers, each of whom proposes a different relationship between architecture and people.'
