As business becomes truly global and international, the need to communi- cate anytime, anywhere becomes more crucial. The demand for interna- tional roaming has brown spectacularly and is expected to continue grow- ing into the new millennium. With the tremendous installed base of GSM and TDMA/AMPS wireless Networks in the world, international roaming has evolved to require inter- System roaming capability; that is, roaming between GSM and TDMA/AMPS networks.
