Accounting Legacy

摘要

This issue of Environmental Science & Technology notes the passing of Lester B. Lave, an environmental economist and epidemiological analyst. In the Perspective by Carnegie Mellon University faculty colleagues Apt et al., Lave's contributions were dominated by analyses of vehicular and transportation emissions and the potential epidemiological impact of airborne anthropogenic material (Environ. Sci. Technol. DOI 10.1021/es201635e). In his honor, several articles along these topics in this issue are here noted.
