Promoting Pollution Prevention Along the California/Mexico Border

Avoiding pollution at the source can offer significant benefits to businesses of all sizes, but many companies remain unaware of basic pollution prevention (P2) concepts. ArnSan Diego-based program that promoted pollution prevention among companies located near the California/Mexico border highlights some of the challenges involved in expanding the reach of P2, as well as some of the successes that can be achieved.
