CESQGs (persons generating less than 100 kg of hazardous waste or 1 kg of acutely hazardous waste per month) are not subject to any specific time limits in connection with accumulating hazardous waste bn-site. However, these generators are subject to restrictions on the quantity of hazardous and acute hazardous waste that may be accumulated on-site. CESQGs may hot accumulate more than 1,000 kg of hazardous waste at any time (40 CFR 261.5(g)).If,at any time,the amount of hazardous waste exceeds 1,000 kg, the CESQG would be subject to the storage requirements set forth in the accumulation rule (40 CFR 262.34) applicable,as appropriate,to either SQGs or LQGs (40 CFR 261.5(g)).
