EPA reauthorizes Nebraska’s hazardous waste program

The EPA has determined that Nebraska’s revisions to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) satisfy all requirements needed to qualify for final authorization and is authorizing Nebraska’s revisions effective January 17, 2017, unless the Agency receives adverse written comments by December 19, 2016.
