The purpose of the notification is the installation for the mineralisation of municipal organic waste, including hazardous, transportable on floating units and rolling stock and rail vehicles and the way in which municipal organic waste, including hazardous waste is mineralised. Physically separated functional units (110, 120, 130, 140) for the mineralisation of municipal organic waste and sewage are installed (1)mounted on a support frame (105),establishing a platform (102),of which the first functional set (110) contains a reaction system (10) and a high temperature filter, and which is placed on one end of the platform (102),with the fourth functional set (140) at the opposite end of the platform (102),containing at least a chimney (69),the control or adjustment system with the control cabinet,a propane-butane or oil gas supply system, a pneumatic cabinet and connecting electrical, gas, oil and pneumatic lines, and a regenerative catalytic converter with catalytic chambers connected to each other by a manifold, and the five-way valve and the heat exchange system and the fan with the wave form a second functional set (120) and a third functional set (130),which are placed in the centre of the platform (102).
