Connecticut aiming at lower VOC emissions

The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection recently proposed amendments to regulations governing volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from consumer products and architectural and industrial maintenance (AIM) coatings. The changes are consistent with changes to the respective California regulations, which serve as the model for the Connecticut standards.
