TSCA violations: The EPA has entered into an agreement with Bourne Holdings LLC for alleged violations of TSCA at the company’s Phillipsdale Landing mixed-use space in Rumford, Rhode Island. During a 2018 EPA inspection of the facility, six violations related to the storage and disposal of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and PCB items were discovered. The company has performed compliance actions and has certified that it is now operating in compliance with TSCA.
