TSCA violations: The EPA has entered into an agreement with PeroxyChem, LLC, a manufacturer and supplier of hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid, and persulfates, for alleged violations of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) at its facility in Tonawanda, New York. Although the company submitted a timely Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) report in October 2016, it inaccurately reported the production volume for 4 chemicals during 1 or more years in the reporting period from January 1, 2012, through December 31, 2015.
