EPA amended a regulation that specifies what SIPs must require of sources in four categories with respect to continuous emission monitoring, recording, and reporting. 85 FR 49596 (8/14/20). EPA modified existing procedural requirements and realigned prior delegations under its permit appeal process for permits issued by or on behalf of EPA under the CAA, CWA, SDWA, and RCRA. 85 FR 51650 (8/21/20). USDA finalized a rule for the highly erodible land and wetland conservation provisions of the Food Security Act of 1985; the rule is intended to clarify how the agency delineates, determines, and certifies wetlands to make determinations of ineligibility for certain USDA program benefits, and to respond to comments on an interim rule published December 7, 2018. 85 FR 53137 (8/28/20).
