Comment on 'Barrier holes and trench application to reduce blast induced vibration in Seyitomer coal mine'

摘要

The discusser appreciates the work performed by Erarslan et al. (2008) for experimental investigations to reduce blast induced vibrations in open pit mines. However, the present paper has some mistakes in the basic application of the regression method (RM). In the followings, the discusser would like to present some points which the authors and potential researchers should take into account in future studies.
