LANDFILL GAS, DRIVEN BY CDM PROVISIONS, BOOST GLOBAL WORK FOR SCS ENGINEERS

摘要

With the provisions of the Kyoto Protocol's Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) now substantially clarified and in place, several alternative energy projects designed to generate credits for trading on emerging carbon credit markets are underway across the globe. Scores of solar and wind, cogeneration, hydroelectric, reforestation, landfill-gas-to-energy and other projects have been registered with the CDM Executive Board and are in various stages of implementation.
