Finland's plan to introduce a bottle deposit scheme next year has resulted in soaring sales for Norwegian reverse vending machine company Tomra. The RVM market leader said that sales in Nordic countries were up 61 per cent in the third quarter.rnIn comparison, RVM sales in Germany, that operates the notorious one-way mandatory drinks deposit scheme, dropped significantly in comparison to what Tomra called an "extraordinarily high level" in 2006.
