France: Eco Emballages to pay 80 per cent of packaging costs and recycle 75 per cent

Some 94 per cent of Eco Emballages and Adelphe (the wine and spirit bottle company)'s expenditure is paid to the 1,405 regional authorities representing 35,950 of the 36,679 communes in France, with 92 per cent for selective collection.
