HSE tells UK REACH body how to include substances

The Health and Safety Executive has outlined how the UK's REACH Competent Authority should consider and include substances for control under the European chemicals regulation, REACH processes.rnThe work plan includes the process and criteria for the UK to develop its own list of priority substances on which the UK regulator will work.rnStakeholders, the HSE says, should approach the relevant body, including government departments and agencies, to propose substances for consideration.
