Member states demand choice over CAP 'greening'

The detail of the environmental conditions to be attached to the main tranche of EU farm subsidies post-2013 under the "greening" proposals set out by the European Commission should be up to national capitals to determine, agriculture ministers claimed at last week's Farm Council.
