Eight more emissions registries resume operations

The European Commission announced last week first that the national emissions registries of Finland, Romania, Slovenia and Sweden, and then the Czech Republic and Italy, resumed normal operations on 21 and 24 March respectively. This week it was the turn of Greece and Latvia This brings to 23 the number of registries that have restarted trading under the EU Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS).
