Germany plans to introduce general recycling bin

Plans to introduce a "general recycling bin" that will deal with old toys or even flower pots as well as packaging, are still on course, Dr Fritz Flanderka of the German recovery scheme the Reclay Group, told this month's European Packaging Waste Forum in Brussels. Flanderka told the Brussels meeting that this was a "political target for the present legislative period".
