Sweden looks to cut food chain's carbon footprint

The Swedish government is aiming to reduce the food supply chain's carbon footprint and is working to raise awareness in this area. Therefore the government has taken the opportunity to invest SEK four million (€0.452 million) to improve energy utilisation from the country's food and agricultural sectors.
