New deadline for notifying substances in articles looms

Firms producing or importing goods that contain over 0.1 per cent by weight of some 20 substances included on the candidate list of substances of very high concern (SVHCs) need to notify the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) by 19 June. The agency issued a statement last week reminding firms that this latest deadline is looming.
