European Chemicals Agency finds problems with most REACH dossiers

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) this week revealed that it has found problems with most of the registration dossiers it has received under the REACH regulation. The main finding of ECHA's Evaluation Report 2011, "is that a large part of the examined registration dossiers raise compliance or quality concerns to different degrees and require ECHA to address the shortcomings by regulatory action," the agency said on 27 February.
