France: Waste prevention plan is too limited, says EA

France's national waste prevention plan has been criticised by the country's Environmental Authority (EA) for only dealing with household waste, which represents a mere eight per cent of the country's waste. The EA, in a 14 November report, recommended that the plan looks at building and construction waste as well as business waste.
