A US House of Representatives (one of the two houses of the US Congress; the other being the Senate) agricultural subcommittee took on the issue of honeybee decline at a hearing last week, but seemed unconvinced that there is anything Congress can or should do to help beekeepers struggling to keep their hives healthy.
