G & P Batteries MD elected Chairman of EBRA Board

Michael Green, Managing Director of G & P Batteries, has been elected Chairman of the 2011 Board of the European Battery Recycling Association (EBRA). EBRA promotes the optimal collection, sorting and recycling of all used batteries in Europe. The Association, which is headquartered in Brussels, was established to pool knowledge and information between its members to encourage best practice in all aspects of waste battery recycling and to collate statistics concerning the performance of individual member countries.
