Ormet Primary Aluminum Corp. has agreed to provide an additional $3.4 million in financial assurance to guarantee its ability to continue monitoring groundwater controls at the site of its Ohio smelter, the Department of Justice and the Environmental Protection Agency announced Dec. 9 (United States v.
