Rep. Edward Markey (D-Mass.) Aug. 18 released what he said are five more forged letters sent to members of Congress in an effort to persuade them to oppose the energy and climate bill (H.R. 2454) passed by the House June 26.rnThe newly released letters, sent to Reps. Kathy Dahl-kemper (D-Pa.), Christopher Carney (D-Pa.), and Tom Perriello (D-Va.), purport to be from senior centers in their districts and cite fears of high electricity bills if the climate bill becomes law.
