Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair March 3 joined a wide range of political and business leaders to urge the United States to take a leadership role in addressing climate change.rnAt a forum sponsored by several think tanks and policy groups, Blair said climate change legislation can and should be part of any plan for economic recovery, and he added that the United States must be a major participant in U.N. climate talks set for December in Copenhagen.rn"The most important thing is that America comes to Copenhagen and be part of a global deal. ...
