An advisory panel Feb. 3 recommended that the Environmental Protection Agency produce guidance on controlling greenhouse gas emissions and expand an online clearinghouse of pollution control technologies to include greenhouse gas controls.rnThe recommendations were contained in a report approved by the Clean Air Act Advisory Committee.rnThe guidance should provide advice on control techniques such as using energy efficiency, emissions factors, controlling fugitive emissions, and controlling greenhouse gases other than carbon dioxide, the committee said.
