Inhofe Plans to Introduce Resolution Of Disapproval Over Utility Air Toxics Rule

Sen. James M. Inhofe (R-Okla.) intends to introduce a joint resolution disapproving a forthcoming final rule that aims to reduce mercury and air toxics emissions from power plants. The resolution, if passed by Congress and signed into law, would nullify the Environmental Protection Agency's utility MACT rule.
