Annapolis, Md.-The Maryland Court of Appeals ruled Sept. 30 that Patuxent Riverkeeper has standing to challenge a developer's wetlands permit because one of its members "alleged sufficient harm to his aesthetic, recreational, and economic interests in connection with the issuance" of the permit Patuxent Riverkeeper v.
