Wyden Considering Clean Energy Proposals To Cut Greenhouse Gases, Aide Says

Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) is considering a range of clean energy proposals as he plans to prioritize ways of reducing greenhouse gas emissions and addressing climate change during his tenure as chairman of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, a committee aide said Feb. 21. Among the bills Wyden may bring forward in the 113th Congress are legislative initiatives related to financing clean energy technologies, promoting alternative fuel vehicles, energy efficiency, and natural gas, aide Kevin Rennert said.
