Notice announces the submittal of a continuing information collection request to the OMB, as required under the Paperwork Reduction Act, regarding the emission guidelines for sewage sludge incinerators (40 CFR 60, Subpart MMMM). Comments are due June 2, 2014. Contact: Learia Williams; EPA, Office of Compliance; (202-564-4113) Direct final rule amends regulations under 40 CFR 80.1405 regarding the 2013 cellulosic biofuel standard. The rule sets the percentage standard for 2013 for cellulosic biofuel at 0.0005 percent. The rule is issued in response to petitions received from the American Petroleum Institute and the American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturers, to reconsider an Aug. 15, 2013, final rule (78 FR 49793) based on revised projections of cellulosic biofuel production for 2013.
