Federal Court Dismisses Takings Claims For Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction

Fifth Amendment takings claims filed by two municipal solid waste management companies after the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers denied their Clean Water Act dredge-and-fill permit applications cannot be heard in the Court of Federal Claims because of a lack of subject matter jurisdiction, a judge has ruled (Res.
