Notice of the EPA announces a request for information regarding the NESHAP for oil and natural gas production facilities and natural gas transmission and storage facilities (40 CFR 63, Subparts HH and HHH). The notice requests data on storage vessels without potential flash emissions. The notice also requests data on hazardous air pollutant emissions from regulated small gly-col dehydrators, including emissions other than benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene (BTEX). In addition, the notice seeks information on available control options for such HAP from small glycol dehydrators and information regarding a potential compliance demonstration issues for such units.
