Advocacy Groups Appeal Court Ruling Upholding Powder River Basin Coal Leases

Two environmental groups have appealed a federal court ruling upholding the Interior Department's approval of four coal lease tracts in Wyoming's Powder River Basin (WildEarth Guardians v. U.S. Bureau of Land Mgmt., D. Wyo., No. 2:13-cv-00042, appeal docketed 10/7/15).
