Gulf Power Co. Agrees to Relocate Coal Ash at Shuttered Florida Plant

A Florida electric power utility agreed to move coal ash at a shuttered plant into dry storage away from a river as part of the settlement of a citizen lawsuit, the plaintiffs' law firm Earthjustice announced June 24 (Apalachicola Bay and River Keeper Inc. v.
