EPA Sends Renewable Fuel Standard Rule To White House for Review, Industries Say

The White House is reviewing an Environmental Protection Agency rule that would set three years' worth of renewable fuels blending mandates in a bid to bring that lagging program back on schedule. The EPA's proposed rule would set renewable fuel standard requirements for 2014 and 2015, which are both overdue, as well as for 2016.
