摘要

The General Services Administration, which manages billions of dollars in acquisition contracts on behalf of federal agencies, is asking companies in its supply chain to publicly disclose their greenhouse gas emissions and set targets for reducing them as part of a first-of-its-kind pilot program. Starting the week of March 23, the agency will invite about 120 of its largest vendors and contractors to report on their corporatewide emissions using a standardized supply chain questionnaire from CDP, formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project.
