DOE Sets Third Round of START Program To Help Tribes With Clean Energy Projects

The Energy Department has announced the third round of a program that provides federally recognized tribal governments and other tribal entities with support to accelerate clean energy project development. Through the Strategic Technical Assistance Response Team Renewable Energy Project Development Assistance program, also called START, experts from the DOE's Office of Indian Energy Policy and Programs and National Laboratory will provide technical assistance for tribal clean energy development.
