The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit Aug. 10 dismissed environmental groups' petition seeking review of an Environmental Protection Agency action finding two areas in California did not attain the now-revoked one-hour ozone pollution standard by their deadline (Med. Advocates for Healthy Air v. EPA, 2016 BL 258478, 9th Cir., No. 12-70630, 8/10/16).
