Exxon Mobil, CSX to Receive Cleanup Money for Baltimore Site

Exxon Mobil Corp., Black & Decker Inc., and CSX Transportation, Inc. are among the companies that will receive roughly $20 million to perform restoration work at a contaminated Baltimore site. The U.S. and Maryland, represented by the Justice Department, filed the consent decree on behalf of the natural resource damages trustees in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland Oct. 2 (United States v.
