No Backing Away From Resolving Court Venue Question Over Water Rule

An agribusiness-led coalition won't back down, even if the government does, in its quest to resolve which federal court should hear challenges to the rule clarifying the scope of the Clean Water Act. The U.S. Supreme Court agreed in January to hear arguments on whether Clean Water Act challenges, including to the Clean Water Rule (RIN: 2040-AF30), belong in the federal appeals or district court.
