A federal grand jury indicted a former Westinghouse Electric Co. executive on conspiracy, securities, and wire fraud charges related to the failed construction of two nuclear power units inSouth Carolina.Jeffrey Alan Benjamin, a former senior vice president for new plants and major projects, directly supervised Westinghouse’s V.C. Summer construction project.
