EPA Extends Comment Period for ‘Secret Science’ Rule

The EPA is extending by one month the comment period for a supplement to its “secret science” rulemaking,granting a wish to environmentalists and congressional Democrats.The Environmental Protection Agency is “committed to giving the public ample time to participate in the rulemakingprocess,” agency chief Andrew Wheeler said Thursday.
