Four Senators Ask EPA Not to Use Survey To Calculate Benefits of Cooling Water Rule

Four Republican senators sent a letter to the Environmental Protection Agency's top water official July 22 expressing concern about what they said was an "apparent attempt to deliberately inflate benefits calculations" to justify the cost of a proposed rule on cooling water intake structures.
