The system (1) has an informing unit to inform a customer that chosen goods counted by a counter exceeds a maximum value of permitted goods. A calculating unit calculates a partial benefit with respect to a billing benefit for adding to a total to inform to a customer. A unit allows use of a commercial benefit at a time of later purchase of goods and deduces the commercial benefit from later purchase billing. The unit deduces the commercial benefit if the billing exceeds/equal to digital monetary benefit.
