Limits agreed on CO_2 emissions from vans

One of the last pieces of the EU's strategy to reduce CO_2 emissions from light duty vehicles has fallen into place with agreement on new legislation setting limits for vans. The measures will bring benefits to the environment and to the users and manufacturers of such vehicles.
