Winners of the Breheny Prize

The editors of Environment and Planning B: Planning and Design would like to announce that the Michael Breheny Prize for the best paper published in 2009 has been awarded to Jun Yan and Jean-Claude Thill for their paper "Visual data mining in spatial interaction analysis with self-organizing maps".rnJun Yan received a PhD in GIScience from the State University of New York at Buffalo, an MSc in GIS and Remote Sensing from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a BSc in Urban and Regional Planning from the Peking University, China.
