Pesticide producers say numerous questions remain over the shape of an upcoming EPA rule introducing mandatory pesticide container recycling-including the rate of pesticide containers to be recycled and how specialty pesticide manufacturers will be included-even as they are welcoming EPA's decision to propose a national standard.
